this one was hard. the challenge is 1min exercise per station and there will be 30 min recovery between exercises. by the end of it, my legs was shaking and body was sore for 2 days. the most challenging 6 minutes hahaha…

1. BOSU Lunge (Knee Must Touch Bosu)
my count: 78

2. BOSU Push Up Touch (Men on Toes)
my count: 26

3. Rope Figure 8 (Each Hit on the floor count 1)
my count: 139

4. VIPR Flip
my count: 40
(we counted this as two hits for 1 score)

5. Ballast Rainbow (each hit on the floor count 1)
my count: 35

6. Burpee (without push up)
my count: 16
